How to order and pay online

How do I order and pay online?
Once you have found the products you were looking for, you can buy them online. To do so, just click the ‘add to shopping bag’ link for each product selected. These will appear listed under the Shopping Basket on the left side of the page. When finished shopping you will need to click the Shopping Basket. All the items you have added to your shopping bag will be listed. From here you can change the quantity of an item by using the respectively, before continuing through to the next step in the checkout process.

Please note:
All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are exclusive of VAT .  The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.     Books and Catalogues are zero rate items.  VAT is added at the checkout where applicable.

Once you have added all of your items to your shopping bag, click ‘proceed to checkout’. You will be presented with the delivery options that are available for your order.

You may add additional information in the box provided if required.  Your address details will show and you will be asked to complete your payment details. You can pay by most major credit or debit cards. Your details will be encrypted to keep them secure.

We cannot deliver to P O Boxes.

After completing your payment details, select 'continue' to place your order. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order with an order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference.
