Resignation of Director

The Board of Stanley Gibbons announces that it has accepted the resignation of Dr Stephen David Sjuggerud, Executive Director, with effect from 31 August 2008. Dr Sjuggerud, who is based in the US, is stepping down to concentrate on his own projects there.

Martin Bralsford, Chairman of Stanley Gibbons, said:

'Steve has been associated with Stanley Gibbons for nearly 3 years. The Board would like to thank him for his contribution to the Group during this time and wish him well with his new projects'.
