The Company was informed yesterday that on 17 March 2006 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited (MSSL) disposed of an interest in the Ordinary Shares of Stanley Gibbons that resulted in MSSL holding a total of 2,700,000 shares, representing approximately 10.77 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
