The Company was informed yesterday that on 2 March 2006 funds managed by Forum Family Office GmbH (Forum) acquired an interest in the Ordinary Shares of Stanley Gibbons that resulted in Forum increasing its holding to a total of 2,875,000 shares, representing approximately 11.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
