The Company was informed on 28 April 2006 that on 26 April 2006 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited (MSSL) disposed of an interest in the Ordinary Shares of Stanley Gibbons that resulted in MSSL holding a total of 1,940,000 shares, representing approximately 7.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
