Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 14 March 2007 that Robert Henkhuzens, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 35,600 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of £1.90p per share. As a result of the purchase Mr. Henkhuzens has increased his beneficial shareholding in Stanley Gibbons to 50,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share voting capital of the Company.

Mr. Henkhuzens shares are held by Cinderella Investments Limited, a company in which he holds a 100 per cent. interest.
